Livestock guardian puppy - training tips?

I just got my 9 week old livestock guardian puppy yesterday, and I was wondering if there are any fellow LGD owners here?

I did a bunch of research before I bought her, but I figure that the more information and the more I know the better!

Right now, I have her in a big x-pen beside the paddock where the animals that she will be guarding are (miniature horses). I was wondering what the best order to teach her commands is? I was thinking to teach her her name first (Ayla), then "yes" and "no", "come", "sit", "leave it", and then finally commands like "barn" (go to the barn), "bed" (go to crate), and "horses" (go to horses). Does that sound about right?

Any other tips on working with this breed would be greatly appreciated!
