Glad Ben and Fleur are through to the final. Going to get girlie brekkies done and then go for a soak. Banged my knee today and its hurting now. I was hopping about swearing, and Lona and Keshi came over to see if I was OK and kiss me better, Cariad and Mabs carried on eating their bones

I've got a lump the size of an egg and it's purple, should look attractive by morning . Rubbed IB gel on it whilst I was doing my back. I'm tucked up with the telly on and reading a book, and glad to be here, I want to stay in bed all day and just wallow, but it won't do will it lol
