Have you noticed that anything with a cable no matter how careful you are is always tangled even though you carefully coil it up, amazing. Watching repeats of Keeping up Appearances, always gives me a chuckle. Off to bed soon ready for assessment day of the new pups and others. End of another training course. Then next Saturday fun and games and the quiz. Yep I will let you all have it then.

Yeah tangled cables is the bane of my life as well, paticularly phone chargers

Ha ha that should put the wind up him, well meaning or not the fact is that if you medle with things without knowing what you are doing you are deceiving customers, like many have said I do think that Trading Standards should at least know about him.

Have spoken to our (hopefully reliable) service firm, they can't come until January 9th but he did say that Worcester Bosch have a service whereby they quote you a one off price and will come out anytime and fix emergancy faults. Hope it won't be necessary but nice to know about it.
