I was going to suggest Trading Standards (usually part of your local Council), but I see that DD got there first!

As they are giving you s**t, I see no reason why you shouldn't hand some of it back!

Azz, not that simple luv, the dryer is still under manufacturers guarantee so it's one of their approved repairers. Any way have phoned this afternoon, another engineer is coming out NEXT TUESDAY to sort it out and hopefully repair it for me but have still sent them the letter because I'm so fed up with them. The appointment was made at 11:30am but no-one could be bothered to phone me.
