Whos this with Staffy ?

Make sure you add in the letter that you aredisgusted with their service, will not be renewing the policy and will NOT be recommending them to friends and family
Also add that you will be claiming for the cost of launderette costs due to their delays in sorting the matter out ( you can fib- they wont know)
You could also try writing to the local paper if they have a page that sorts out readers problems - they may be able to push them along

It's with a contractor for the manufacturer as the dryer is only comming up 12 months old.

I have put in my letter that it is now at a stage where even the repair of the dryer and an apology are NOT enough.

Great minds think alike clarence, already informed them of the laundrette bill. Here it's £10 a full service wash so times that by, what do u reckon, 5/6 loads, so thats £60 then my fuel for getting there as they've closed the one in Ebbw Vale gotta go Blackwood, Cwmbran now so I'll see if I can get fuel money back aswell.

You could threaten them with Trading Standards that usually works.
