Pantene Ice Shine is by far the best I've ever used. American Cocker and Irish Setter show coats look and feel amazing after using this. For best results it's very important to use conditioner too on this type of flowing coat.

Can anyone recommend a good whitening shampoo? Been using animology but its pricey at £5.50 per small squirty tube.
Has anybody used the groomers white shampoo on amazon - its only £15 for 4L - which you then dilute down. The reviews do not look too bad. Thought about giving it a shot, as my dog does not stay white!

I have been guilty of using Dove shampoo on one occassion (an emergency!) as we had ran out of shampoo and he had a very stubborn poo It did make him nice and white - super soft and he smelt lovely! Although i was a little paronoid with the PH difference and if it would make him itch. - So after this, off i went out for another super expensive squeezy tube!

I've always used my shampoo on my dogs with no problems. When I've had a dog with skin problems I make my own oatmeal shampoo to ease the itching.
