Good morning everyone - Saturday!

Morning all,

A chilly one here, and currently drizzling so not particularly pleasant. However, greeting a day like this, in fact greeting any day is always a joy, especially when you consider the alternative...

Off out to Orpington today with Jackie – nice and local – only half an hour away – and has all I need. I also need a supermarket as I was out last night so didn’t go shopping. Supermarkets on a Saturday are hellish..... but needs must.

Damp and cold here too. Lots of running round here and there this morning and then off to my sons this afternoon to take his Birthday presents ready for tomorrow.
Feel really tired this morning and unlike me I would happily go back and snuggle down in my nice warm bed.

Off to so some carrot stick work with Jimmychoo, who is responding beautifully I have to say, we can now touch his right side without him being a bucking broncho and he lets me brush his belly...whoooooooooo yippee
Then off to his new field to build a stable and sort out for his move with Magic. Proof in the pud will be next week loading him in the horse box

Have chicken cleaning and housework then....so really Im having a lazy day here

Hope you enjoy your shopping spree Vicki, we popped to Asda last night, about 9pm and it was deserted, mind you so were the shelves

Drizzly here today, I don't mind as it's a bit warmer and I've just packed Clive and Daniel off on a long job so I've got the house to myself and my darling boy until at least 2pm I foresee a lovely long bath followed by lots of cuddles in front of the tv

We have some more bark to pick up for Ollie's garden today it has been a godsend cut down on the muddy paw prints a lot. It gives him a steadier footing so he doesn't slip about in the mud.

Usual round of tidying up and possibly a little stroll with Ollie again today.

I'm going to be really busy today!! Got loads of housework today before I leave. First job, de-poop the garden, and hang out washing. It won't get very dry but it will smell better
