Evening all. I know some of you have ailments. I wish it were otherwise. I've had my share - cancer, cellulitis, colitis, shingles and stuff........

But we carry on. My dog has been a major part of my support team. I got him knackered today...

Max really is lovely boy.

Rosie left me alone this morning until she decided I was much better then came up for a big cuddle. It really does amaze me how they know when to leave us in peace and when it's time to show they care. Dogs really are the best medicine and Rosie has helped both my hubby and I so much.

I've perked up no end. Still a bit breathy and an almighty headache, but it's great to get a good lungful of air after a flare up.
