Help! Tilly's in season!

My rescue dog Tilly is in season but it's me that's struggling!! I miss the walks in the park & local woods too! We walk on pavements keeping a very close eye out for rampant male dogs! It's day 8 of bleeding tomorrow & I know there's another 2 weeks to go yet When will I know that it's ok to return to the park again?

She will run clear then start bleeding again, after that has stopped you will be OK, but keep an eye on her with entire males for another week just in case

I tend to spray some, not a lot [ some will NOT agree with this but it helps a LOT as I have 2 males and 6 biches ] Febreze on the girls from the bottom of one leg up and over and down the other leg I DO NOT lift their tail and only at the end of their season just as I start to let the boys out with them but still keeping a close eye on them
