well max is registered to both of us but i dont think hubby would want him as he didnt int he first place he is 100% my dog and always will be but like others have said he can have the kids whenever he wants!

Well Olive would go with me . She is registered to me, plus because I work from home we are never apart, so it would be too much of a shock to her if she was left alone during the day while daddy goes out to work. Me and my girl stick together.

The lads all stay with ME, they are all registerd to ME but im thinking of putting the show dogs into both names, but if anything did happen then my boys come with ME. I had the dogs before i met ste anyway but thats not the point. I dont think he would fight to get them, if he wanted them he could visit them LOL

I'm not in a relationship at the moment so the 3 dogs I have at present belong to me and so there will be no dispute. When I do get married, I will actually get a pre-nup thing drawn up stating that in the event of things going pear shaped, any dogs which were bought when we were together stay with me. I don't like kids so they are not on the agenda - however, if I do have a momentary lapse of sanity and do decide to reproduce, they would live with daddy and then everybody's happy
