ANZAC Biscuits

Had these recommended to me the other day and I finally got round to picking some up today.

There were quite nice though I wouldnt rave about them like some. Just wondered has anyone else had them and what do they think?

They are ok, not brilliant. I know the last time I bought some they didn't get eaten in our house, which is a miracle, so that is saying something.

Yes but the links are huge, apart from WW1 and being in the Commonwealth the ANZAC's wounded in WW1 were treated at what is now Harefield hospital. That hospital wouldn't be there if it wasn't for those wounded ANZAC's and they celebrate ANZAC day there too and have the largest ANZAC cemetary outside of Australia and New Zealand.
Obviously the troops fought side by side in the trenches as I have seen.
