I stay firmly away from commenting on cosmetics after I lost a very lovely girlfriend some many years ago following a seemingly inappropriate comment. True story this is:
We are waiting for an assistant in a large chemists, clutched in girls hand is a jar of expensive face cream. "Ah!" She says "This will be good for my laughter lines". "Oh!" quips my good self "Nothings that funny!"
She binned me there and then - serve me right - shouldn't confuse phyical beauty with a good sense of humour.
