Moyra do it three or four times over the day and then when you go to bed. Hope it helps. It has for me for various aches and pains. Sorry to hear Sue is feeling good. Maybe a chill from to much gardening or a strained muscle. Get well soon Sue. Lacey sorry you have been feeling poorly too. Yep milk is a no no for me. Goats milk is ok though. June so pleased you have found a good workman.

Morning all - best wishes to all poorly peeps and a sincere hope that a swift recovery is forthcoming.
Eileen - Blerdy good job you didn't get that cow, you'd have been stuck now with an animal who's milk you can't drink and meat you won't eat! lol ! Perhaps you're part hedgehog - they are badly affected by lactose as well! There is a simple test - if you curl into a ball when threatened - then you're a hedgehog! Tee Hee!
June - Keep the coffee coming for your handyman - sounds like you may have a winner there at long last.
The weather here has been atrocious, got soaked through to the skin whilst doing up this morning. On my return had to wash dogs off with watering cans full of warm water - they were covered in mud and soaked through, part of the problem was that Scout had located a nest of rats under a pile of old logs and soon the whole bunch of them were busy digging out the occupants during the process of which they had turned the whole area into an absolute morass. Luckily the rain has now stopped and a little brightness is trying to find it's way through so the afternoons exercise should be a cleaner and less fraught affair.
Stay safe and warm everyone and please enjoy the rest of your day - whatever your weather, bye fer now.

Not been in for a look, worktop and sink have disappeared into the kitchen and lots of saw noise and banging. He's going to pick my mixer tap up in a bit as he had to wait 24 hours from ordering to collect it from Screw Fix near here. Had a peep and he's putting the sink and drainer in now and its looking as good as it can under the circumstances and money constraints. That rain was bad wasn't it this morning Gordon, seems to have stopped now, thank goodness.

Sue, hope you feel better soon
Lacey....if you can't have a cow now....get a goat!!! you can get ikkle diddy pygmy ones Lol whatever you do don't try that oat milk stuff.... i bought some and OMG talk about vile Lol, tipped the whole lot down the sink
TW, glad you seem happy with the workman, at least he has turned up when he said he would
Gordon, hope you don't get sick after your drenching... i have to venture out in a bit, not looking forward to it as it is sodden here too...no outdoor tap either...my dad hasn't got round to fitting it
managed too hoover the living room today...yay me!!!
oh nearly forgot, my jacket arrived from hidden fashion... it is quite good, deffo worth a fiver, i don't think i am going to have an issue with it hanging funny or creasing as it arrived in a tiny little packet, opened it up and it was fine...not crumpled at all
need to try and sort out my back garden, the lawn is destroyed, it is just a lake of mud, the dogs are cake din mud, they have just flicked mud up the wall on the stairs so will have to see about getting some paint for that too. I used one of those things that put holes in your lawn... they take out a core of mud and you put sand in for drainage but it never helped..... i think the fake grass is quite expensive to get laid as i will need the hardcore put down first
