Well done Griff. with your car knowledge and the dog training. I have always gone with, The more effort we put into our dogs the more they repay us.

I was so impressed with Deagan last night, she was very excited to see the other dogs but managed to concentrate...we never see any dogs here that is why they go to training...mainly for the socialisation side of things. Dakota is very very bright...in between the madness Lol. That is one thing... i would nver have had the dogs if i hadn't had my accident as we were all employed at the time so i guess i should be glad i had my accident

Morning all.
Brenda, I would have thought it was far too early to be putting bedding plants out. You need to ensure all risk of frost is gone. Have you hardened them off?
Moyra COPD would explain a lot. But you need to get a certain amount of exercise not continual rest. I know everyone's an expert
Nice day here too Lynn.
Meg, look after yourself, if you have a cold
Hi Griff and Twix and TW
Lacey stop talking about pancakes, I'm trying to forget them, my BMI is high enough as it is Lol
We are going to go out in the sunshine in a mo

Morning, everyone. Terrible weather as winter storm Octavia rolls through here. Will be staying all the way in tonight. Hope everyone is okay. I'll read through the lot of the posts later.

COPD... a severe breathing impairment. Most often found in smokers, and people who live with smokers. My uncle is/was a smoker and has it. It's progressive, very serious, irreversible, hard to treat, and a leading cause of disability. Best to find out the stage of it before trying to treat it. There are 4 stages, like cancer. I don't want to offend, so I'll stop there.

Afternoon everyone sorry to hear some are still very poorly. Wishing you well soon.

Well on Dillon's calendar it is officially Spring. What a palaver this morning getting him ready for a walk.
Got his collar called him he hared up the garden then decided it was fun to spin around and then rush me and stop literally inches away from my legs making his silly growling noises all the while. Good job I know him. Then the same for the harness in the end gave up took them off and did some training literally minutes then a tug game then tried collar and harness again. Did it and lead on and he came up the garden like a lamb. We then did the long walk takes an hour. He is now settled nicely. Might just have games early tomorrow and get him indoors asap as leaving here at 8.30 am off to the solicitor in Essex with Michael tomorrow and no Gorden so Dillon will have to manage for a few hours on his own again. Sure he will be fine, this should be the last thing now regards all the mum business.

It wasn't me that was putting out bedding plants it was Sue. I leave the garden to the hubby keeps him occupied now that he has retired. Lovely out there now and birds in abundance. Emails are also now working. Griff I don't make pancakes any more buy ready made ones heat in microwave. Yum. lemon juice and a little sugar. ttfn.

Sorry June everything ok with Matt. Emailed to see if we could get a part or full refund on the pump he fitted he rang mortified we hadn't called him. Seems he got Gordens phone apology but didn't think he needed to reply exactly what Gorden kept saying to me. Head was in a really bad place during December. Hadn't been checking his work emails as most of his work comes through the phone or recommendation.
We will call him for a boiler service in late Spring early Summer. Hopefully it will behave itself now.
