That is exactly how I feel when I see dogs loose on the road.
We have lots round here, and they do look well trained collies etc, but I always think to myself, 'what if', coz wth dogs bless them, you just never know.
That short pop along to the newsagents offlead to get the paper could be the end. I hate driving past them that I do know, it's the same when people let little children run far ahead.

I always keep Tonto on lock if using his flexi to get to the field.
