Red Rash

I noticed Bob was nibbling at the inside of his back leg
So i had a look it was bright red with little red spots/specks
He had his front line only 2 weeks ago
Anyone have any ideas what it could be... and what i can do to stop the itching....
i have taken a photo if that helps

Could be a skin infection. Take him to vets. It looks really sore. Let us know how you get on at the vets. For itchy dog I usually use dermacton spray. Just Google it. Id post a link but im typing on my phone.
