I too was on Dianette for many years and it did absolute wonders for my skin!

After a few years I was advised to come off of dianette, and I was put onto microgynon. My skin was absolutely awful within a month of taking it. After lots of research I discovered that microgynon was actually one of the worst contraceptive pills possible for people prone to acne.

I am now taking yasmin which has also helped my skin loads, although not as well as dianette did. I am going to see if I can possibly be put back onto dianette at my next pill check.

I had bad acne in my teens and used dianette for a year, it was great, had no probs with it...but didnt want to come off it!!! im not on it now and my skin is lovely xxxx
