Hi All! I Have Much To Learn About Mama And Her Puppies!

Hi, My dog Lexi had 8 puppies 5 days ago and I have many questions!
It's an exciting time and a little scary!
I look forward to learning from folks like you who have been there.
A little about myself and my dog:
I'm C.C., I'm married to my wonderful husband and best friend.
Almost 3 years ago our beloved Spike a red nose pit died horribly from cancer and it devasted us.
About 2 weeks after his death we were both so sad and lost and the pain felt never ending and that's when Lexi found us.
I went outside to get something out of my car and there was a little 5 week old puppy outside our gate.
I have never seen a puppy that small wandering around by itsself before.
She brought life back into our hearts after the loss of our spike and now she has 8 puppies of her own!
