NI needs urgent help

Please can anyone help this guy he is about 3 and neatered. Great with other dogs scared of cats and lovely with people. He was taking in to vets with upset tummy and owners said they didnt want him and want him PTS.

The vets have refused and will hold him to see if we can find a permanent home any one help?

He is in Cornwall

Crossed post on another forum,he is about 1 mile from my home and have offered temp help rather than pts.But the vets at Roche are excellent and as I understand are willing to keep him until a forever home can be found.Hope this will be very soon.

He is the double of Jems Shilo and I think she got her from down that way as well.

He looks nothing like Shila and its very doubtful he is from the same breeding as her i say this as if he was from her breeder i know the breeder would have taken him back but i will have a word with her breeder anyway even though she is in devon not cornwall
