Had the soft tissue specialist on the phone today. They want to check Roxy's wound before next week due to the stitches coming loose.

The area where the stitches came loose from was exactly where the tumour was removed from, so they want to check that it's not tissue breakdown.

We're back on Wednesday.

Please let her NOT have to go through surgery again.

Thanks Malka, it is looking good actually, so hopefully they will just check it tomorrow and all will be well and it's on the road to healing properly!

I am sure it will all be ok tomorrow

I found that when Star started to move around more the stitches stretched and loosened off a bit.

It's beneficial to be able to post updates like this, not only to look back on when it I want to and when I'm updating the situation but for other people a well. It may help and might also make people get even the smallest of lumps checked out as soon as possible, just to be sure.
