Both my litters are 3 weeks old, Poppys have been on soaked Burns now for over a week, Jasmines are feeding better from her so aren't so keen, but I do give them the same although they don't eat as much.

But I would say the same as bobbi and Inca, definitely no later than 3 weeks

I think with a big litter the mum is more than happy to relieve the stress when they get to 3 weeks all that feeding and those sharp teeth

Poppy isn't too keen to feed her pups now, they are 24 days old with BIG sharp teeth!!

Today I even put a dish of Welpi down for them, it's been so hot here today they were all hot and crashed out in the whelping box! Even teddy looked hot!!

I actually let the pups continue feeding off mum for quite some time, I didnt start weaning them til they were approx 5-6 weeks old, if mum had not wanted to continue I would have weaned a little earlier, but as mum and pups were totally happy with this arrangement who am I do interfer plus the fact I was keeping them til they were 12 weeks old so there was no rush to get them off mum.
