How often do you worm your dogs?

I usually worm my adult dogs every three months with Drontal. However, I recently had to give them another dose (I used Panacur that time) as there were worms in some of the faeces. I put that down to the fact that at least two of my dogs regularly eat whole wild rabbits and also scavenge on dead rabbits if I don't stop them quickly enough

Also, does anyone know why in some European countries they do not worm their dogs at all? Surely they get worms the same as our dogs in the UK??

Advocate every month except over winter. I wouldn't treat so frequently except the risk of lungworm is too high around here. Drontal tabs then once or twice a year to take care of any tapeworm just in case, as that's one of the few things the Advocate doesn't treat.

I just worm every three months (drontol or cestem).
I haven't ever seen any worms..lungworm is a bit of a concern for me but I haven't done anything about it

I don't treat for fleas at all and has never been an issue.

About every 6 months. Never seemed to have a problem with worms. Never seen any either before or after worming anyway.

We worm our dogs about every 3 months.. in the past only every 6 months and never seen worms either but try and do it regular now... still using milbemax..

I worm my dogs twice a year, I have never seen any worms and as my dogs are always on lead I know if and when they eat anything when we are out.

Once or twice a year. I saw a worm once years ago and we wormed immediately. I don't flea treat. I really don't like putting insecticides on or in my dogs.

Not very often, usually once or twice a year, and that's because I feel I ought to rather than because I've seen worms.
