Got My Moving Date

Finally I have a moving date.
I will be signing the papers on 29th and moving on Saturday 31st August. Can't wait.

Now have to just try and find some time to do packing as I only have this Saturday and next Saturday free to do any clearing out to pack.
I have phoned the greyhound rescue kennels and they said although they are fully booked then they will slide Lily in somewhere for me and have her from the Friday to the Monday.

Yeah must be a big relief to finally see the light at the end of the tunnel, hope you can get it all sorted in time xx

Fantastic news that you finally have a date I'm sure the excitement/panic will really set in now A great time to move and get settled before winter.

I'm so pleased for you Bev. How will you actually move all your belongings and how far is it from your present house to the new one?

Its a huge relief I can tell you

Hedgehogs I think (hope) are gone. i blocked their access back into my garden very late one night and have de--flead their area I have to get some fencing ordered and get over there to do that before I move too so Lily will be safe in the garden there.

Its about 10 miles from my present house to the new one and the person I am exchanging with has a van so we are going to do it ourselves using that and start moving little bits by car between now and then.

Oh well done Bev, and hope the hedgehogs have found another des.res to call their own.
Very glad to hear Greyhound rescue are going to look after Lily for you as it will be stressful enough for you just moving.
