Heated Dog Pillow...

Tiger is such a tolerant cat! (Luckily for Bud!)

Anyhoo, just thought I'd stop in for a quick hello, and share a "Bud Moment".

Cheers!

I guess you are having pretty cold there at the moment so a warm pillow for the cat and Bud is a good idea. Have the foxes gone now? Hope you yourself are keeping warm, God bless.

Hallooo! Thank you! And yup! Very chilly all this winter. Normal average temps all winter is supposed to be (and usually is) -1 to +3 Celsius, with a week to 10 days of -10's. This winter has been an average of -11 to -15 most of the winter. Been pretty hard keeping this 105 year old poorly insulated cabin above +10. (+11 in here right now; TOASTY!) lol!

But poor Tiger just got his second bout of bladder crystals in two years, today. Bud is being a good nurse. Keeping the cat washed, and letting me know when Tiger wants out. (Tiger doesn't like to use the cat door when his bladder hurts; poor cat.) So the kitty is on a strict diet of boiled salmon again. And the RCMP from the nearby Indian village of Klemtu are on the lookout for anyone in town who might have some old salmon for the cat. (Which the RCMP will drop off on their next trip out at the end of their rotation in a few days.) Great folks, the Officers out here.

And no foxes or wolves this year. (Thankfully!) Lots of mink around though, driving Bud bonkers! lol!

Righty then, chat at ya's later!

Cheers!

I know Bud is of mixed breed but he certainly looks like my Amber, he's a beautiful dog. Hope Tiger is on the mend now.
