I have to confess that bagpipes leave me stone cold, if not wanting to run a mile with my hands over my ears!

I once came across Tweedledum and Tweedledee........two chaps on their way to a party. They were so wide they completely blocked the path, and Jimmi nearly had kittens.

Wallabies, quite a few on chobham common, think that might be considered odd. Have to be careful when they have babies as they can be a bit combative so keep dogs as far away as we can at those times.

Funnily enough, a few weeks ago my son was taking the dogs out and saw someone walking along a lane playing the bagpipes. The dogs, strangely, weren't in the least bothered.

I don't seem to come across any interesting! Apart from the exhausted racing pigeon we took home and reunited with his owners. Oh, and there was also the naked man in Tatton Park. Lying on top of a lady, also naked. Can't think what they were doing - just about managed to stop the dogs going to investigate.

A chap with a herd of dogs dragging a dead porpoise up the beach is the strangest thing I've seen on one of my walks

We came across a baby calf that had somehow managed to get beyond the fence where the rest of the herd were.

And a young girl who was just sitting in the field with a full bag and looking through her phone. I was convinced she was in some kind of trouble and homeless and made a point of asking her if she was okay and if she have somewhere to go to.. She was fine.

I almost forgot, there was someone walking a guinea pig in the village.
