A police officer has been bitten by a dog during a drugs search at a flat in Preston, Lancashire.
The police were executing a warrant at the property on Birkdale Drive, Ashton, when they were confronted by two dogs - believed to be bull mastiffs.

A dog handler was taken to hospital with minor injuries after one of the animals bit him on the calf during the raid at 0745 BST on Wednesday.

Two men arrested during the operation are being questioned by police.

Today they are, but you know that next week/month, they will all be GSD's, or Staffies, or whatever....
