Credit card

Been waiting for a credit card for a week, phoned today and they have sent card and pin too wrong address

They have cancelled the card but, I'm worried about all my details and ohs being seen by these other people.

Bloody stupid bank!! and the nerve of them they said as this has happened they recommend I give them a monthly charge so they can protect us, as these details have been made public( by them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) The man thought he was doing me a favour when he said I could have the first 2 months free!

What would you do?

Total incompentance by yet another bank. I would write a letter of complaint telling them of there incompetance and inform them that you are forwarding a copy to the bank omnibusman (sp?).

Thats just terrible. I would make a big deal out of it myself. Good luck

I wouldtell them that you expect lifetime free cover on their card because they made the mistake or you will consider going to another provider!
