Tuna Fudge - excellent, smelly treat.

14oz can Tuna (or salmon) undrained
1 1/2 cups wholewheat flour
1 Tbsp garlic powder
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 handful parmesan cheese

Mix all together

Line Swiss roll type tin with baking parchment

Put mixture in tin

Bake 20 mins @ 350 degrees

Cut into pieces.

Texture is soft & fudge-like. Keeps 3 days in fridge. Freezes very well.

Wow look at all the receipes. LOL Barbara, I find the dogs like my cookies so much because of the garlic and spices I use. Try a little Anise Seed and garlic in your cooking, the pups will love it.

The following are great treats for the summer. I just mix everything up and put in ice cube trays until frozen and then store all together in a large freezer bag in the freezer of course. Now Azz, this is gotta be easy enough for you.

Frosty Paws

32 oz plain Yogurt (regular, low fat or fat free)
1 mashed Banana
1 Tablespoon Honey

Blend together and freeze in ice cube trays
(Or)
in 3 oz. paper cups, microwave for a few seconds to thaw slightly before serving.

I also use just plain vegetable or beef broth to make ice cubes

Well I know mine is an hour plus, cause when I look at the time I posted a message and then looked at my watch I could tell that now f.ex it is 10.56 in Denmark.

But it doesnt show here Azz, and the time is set to GMT + 1 hour in my profile. What shall I do????
