at 9 I won a scholarship place out of 600 others who auditioned, because of my acting and singing to the Sylvia Young theatre school in London. Which changed my life for the better.
Jake my wife tried 3 times and failed to get into the sylvia young theatre School what an achievment!

JENNYSAID:

I don't believe that!

Definately having my two boys, now aged ten and almost eight.
I've got a pacemaker, lost three babies and Ben was born three months before my 40th birthday! He is my little miracle, as they both are really, but I lost two before him and we almost didn't try again!

29 hit me hard!!!

I woke up and realized I was nowhere near where I wanted to be. So I enrolled in a tech school. It was very difficult. I would leave @ 5:30 in the morning get home @ 3:00 pm go to work then pick up the Kids @ 11:00pm and put them to bed the whole time struggling to pay the bills. I almost quit half way through. I just kept telling myself I'm not gonna quit!!

Now I live in a brand new house,my kids have their own rooms, and you should see the the new computer I just got . It was well worth it in the end!!

We have a wonderful and diverse bunch on DW. Congratulations to everyone!

For what it's worth:-
I've raised 2 happy kids, now well balanced, popular, adults
I've been happily married for 33 years (if we make it to 8 July!)
I did the Sahara Challenge and was in a group which fund-raised over £250 000

Nothing spectacular but I could die tomorrow with a clear conscience hoping that the scales were tipped on the 'plus' side.

I think you have all done brill things and deserve a big pat on the back

One of the best things I ever did was the 'detox' for two whole str8 years!! It was one of the hardest things I have ever done... but one of the best too.

I am now back on it - but only temporary one, probably 4 - 8 weeks. 3rd week into it and am beginning to remember why i did it for two years!!
