Hi Ian, my OH has hayfever at the moment but we've changed his diet specifically for it and he's 90% better than what he was (the 10% can be blamed on London's pollution). We've eliminated all wheat, soy, spices from his diet and he's on wholegrain rice with freshly seasoned meats and chicken etc (fresh garlic, ginger, salt, pepper). He's keeping well away from tomatoes or anything with tomatoes in it, no corn, no bread or pasta, no dairy foods, no beer and it is really working.

Hope you feel better soon

Aww tell Blackie thanks for the slurp, I enjoyed it very much

No I don't think you want to go in a care home Ian, I've heard they are all busty blondes that work in them

BYE, BYE I'm going down there NOW!!

Oh dear! I don't know what's the matter with me these last few days, I feel as though I just want to sleep now, (had a couple of hours this afternoon) but I will drag myself through the next few days, Tomorrow it's back to the hospital (podiatrist) then next week isn't going to be any better, nurse Tuesday, dentitst Wednesday, Hospital Friday and to finish it all off I am going to a wedding Saturday(don't really want to go either)!!

So next week is going to be fully booked and I bet it is going to be a glorious week.

Ian

Well, I have just had the nurse in again to dress my feet and I'm totally fed up, I am sitting here crying, I'm so B****y sick!! On Friday gone, podiaty found three new blister's that hadn't broken, today they have all burst and ousing stuff. I am truly sick of this, I am seriously thinking about asking them to admit me to hospital for a few days to get things on the right track. The only thing I am doing these days is getting out of bed, making meals, going and lying on the lounger outside in the garden coming in and going to bed. WHAT less can I do, I am not doing housework, not taking Blackie out, if I need anything at the shop's, friends take me to them in the car. What the **** can I do.

If it wasn't for all of you on here and Blackie I don't think I could carry on.

Sorry for the bleeps but I just feel so sick.

Ian
