I'm not impressed!

I have emailed a dog training group twice now about either one to one training or joining there class for dogs older than puppies and they have not got back to me. It is not a good start!
The classes do not run over the summer holidays so maybe that's why I have not had a reply.
I will try again nearer the end of the month!

Have you thought about ringing them instead ?

I see it did occur to you that the reason classes do not run over the summer holidays is because the trainer(s) is/are on holiday, but also their emails may have gone up the spout................ etc etc.

And a phone call can be more useful......

Agree - use the phone! Dog trainers are usually out with dogs, not hunched over a PC IME.

Guys, I admit I have a dog that needs training but my brain is in good working order! They do not have a phone number on the web site! Contact is via email or snail mail!

Thank you anyway! xx

It's the Cornwall Dog Training Club at Ponsanooth. They sounded really good on the web site, despite no phone number!

Good Luck... I must admit things like that get right up my nose too ... If they are not contactable throughout the summer then they it should really say that on their website.. it is only polite.
