Pooing and Chewing Problem

Sometimes at night, if we don't hear Loki in time he goes on the newspaper and then proceeds to shred the newspaper. Not a nice sight first thing in the morning. How do you stop this?

Oh bless him. He's only 12 weeks and if he has hardly ever soiled in the house. I bet that's the problem! He did whine at 4 am this morning because he needed to go and luckily we heard him this time.

Lel's proberbally right sounds like he's doing what comes naturally.

He's a very good boy for whinning to go out at such a young age, and at 12 weeks you have still to expect the odd accident.

From day 1 Luna slept on the floor next to my bed (the door shut), so if she stirred and wanted out, I felt it, and took her out..... Luna NEVER had a single "accident" at nighttime.....

But if he's not allowed in the bedroom, u cant use this idea, of course

Ally did the same thing Jenny.

So instead we set the alarm clock, got up and took her out and then "pushed" the time until she finally could sleep a night through.

I crate trained Teagan.
The only time we've had accidents, is when she was on heat, and couldn't hold it all night!
