Hi

Just a quick introduction - I'm Leanne and my gorgeous little Yorkshire Terrier x Pomeranian puppy is Minnie.

She's 13 weeks old (we got her at 10) and we are in the process of toilet training, crate training and walkies.

The toilet training is going ok, we have accidents but she's getting pretty good at going to the door when she wants to go out into the garden.

My partner and I work full time so we decided to crate train her, I find it really hard to lock her in when I leave for work, but I will perservere! I go home on my dinner hour to let her out and feed her. The best thing we did with the crate was put it in our bedroom at night; when she was downstairs she would howl but now she sleeps quite happily in her crate in our bedroom.

She's just had her 2nd injection and will be ready to enter the big wide world of walkies soon... we are having problems getting her to walk on the lead, despite bribing her. I'm hoping once she gets outside she will want to explore rather then sit or lie on the floor looking sorry for herself!

I have pictures of Minnie on my profile.

Thanks

Leanne

Just thought id say hi im new aswell i have a yorkie called Maisie she is 10 months now . I got her when she was 12 weeks , im the same i dont like leaving her when i go to work. I take her out for a walk before i go and as shes little she dosnt need a lot of exercise. I give her a kong which i put treats in so that keeps her busy trying to get them out. Maisie walks ok on her lead but she does get a bit shakey if there are a lot of cars , i just talk to her and say good girl , and she will carry on. I couldnt see your pic bet Minnie is lovely , i will try and put my pics on but im not very good on computer . Anyway welcome to the site from Maisie and Mandy
