the above link is to a lady from a company called canine natural cures, if you go on her website it has a telephone number, give the lady a call and explain to her what you want and i'm sure she would be able to help. she openly tells you on the phone she is not a vet! but she does have over 20 years experience in homeopathy etc.
I was given her website by a friend of mine and i've ordered off her before, and was supprised to find the tablets in the post the very next day

Hi,
