Any help appreciate

I want to get a new printer as the one i have is a bit of a pain it is a lexmark P4330 and the cartage's cost a fortune.
does ant one know what is the best printer to get,
what i want is one that is wireless
i will mostly use it for photos and pedigrees some documents
which one is the best value and will do the best job and thats cartridges last longer the one i have uses them up really quickly it is strange that even when printing a black and white document the colour goes down as well my son needed some CV'S done they were in black and white but the colour cartridge used as much as the black

I use the HP Photosmart 2575 all in one. Although the cartridges aren't cheap - nothing HP ever is - they seem to last a fair while. Mind you, I don't print out a lot of colour.
