I'm totally fed up with VM too, speed is rubbish, we're supposed to have the 20MB connection, I've had problems with my website, they told me it was something I had put on there.....but I use the Blueyonder sitebuilder, so if there is a problem it's theirs not mine.

If you use the online fault report it takes them weeks to respond......definitely got worse since TWest were taken over by VMedia

Unfortunately we can't get sky, we don't have a BT line in the house, so basically we're stuck!
