I think as long as you remember the Nightshade family of veggies should be avoided or only given occasionaly, thats what I try to go by.

Can't have:
Grapes, Raisins, Onions.

Just keep in mind that when you are feeding veggies, it is good to shred them, or chop them into smaller peices, that way they can digest them better. I like to lightly steam some of the veggies that I give my crew.
