Off to the vets at 2pm, as the sore has got worse,,,,I think this is because Teagan is only walking on 1 back leg as her other is bandaged up, so pressure is making it worse.....

Oh Hevvur has poor Teagan still got a sore paw I thought it must have cleared up ,it does look sore now. Hope a visit the vet helps

Yeah...the orthpedic vet said to see how it goes, but I think because of all the pressure from walking on 3 legs, it has made it worse, and she has started licking it too

Hevvur could you make her a little boot to protect the pad when walking outside ?

She hardly goes outside anyway Mini.
She walks about 5 steps on the patio, then I put her on the grass for toilet, then she has to come back inside, and bed rest!

Not good news I'm afraid.

Teagan has to be operated on tomorrow to have the lump removed.
Vets have never seen anything like it before, and ae going to send it off for analysing after removing it.

The thing is, as it's in such an akward place, and pads don't heal well, we may be in for a long ride.
Stitches cut through pads like cheesewire, and the wounds usually re-open quite often.

It does look sore though, and what a pain its in a awkward place, sorry you are having to go through all this atm.
