My deccys go up 12th December and come dow 31 December I normally have a houseful at Hogmany so deccys just coz trouble.

i only know because my whole family is scottish.

i think decorations up now is a little over the top, mine go up end of november as all the kids love seing the house on their way home from school and im a big kid and love christmas

Blimey, Christmas decs already They'd be driving me mad be the end of October I got depressed seeing Xmas stuff on sale at Tesco's yesterday

I put mine up the first weekend in December and they come down on the 2nd of Jan. The kids help me decorate the tree and the house, and I drink loads of mulled wine (nothing new there ) As we're in Texas until the end of November, I'm hoping to bring back loads of decs from there, they have some great stuff Not that my OH shares my enthusiasm
