Is he underweight?

after saying about asbo being underweight, i thought i would post pictures so you could see... they arent very good, but they were the only ones i could get..

so do you think hes underweight?

I wouldn't say he is, but then I like a dog to be slender.. Is this before his dinner and after exercise? They always look skinny then..

yeah.. he wont be fed until about 7... he doesnt look too bad today, but you can see his hip bones, and sometimes his spine.

Looks perfect to me in those Fotos
I guess things look worse on a dog with no fur but slightly being able to see some bones is fine, dogs carry fat/muscle in different places so they are sometimes more boney in some bits

i know i do think i worry more because he has no hair, so any minor thing is noticed really easily...

He looks fine. How old is Asbo? Sometimes immaturity can make a dog look too lean.

He looks alot better than Mouse usually does! I have a hell'uv'a time keeping weight on her!!!

We're in a feeding-the-heck-outta-her stage right now... which she doesn't seem to mind. But i'll have to ease up, then suddenly she'll be scrawny again for no reason! I sure wish I had a metabolism like hers!!! She eats double what my other dachshund eats. And I feed her a much higher protein food!
