Eileen, what about those high winds you have up there, if winds can lift up roofs, I'm sure they could knock Lily and Billy off their perches Maybe a pot of superglue???? A very big pot????

Hadn't thought of them coming off their perches in the winds.
Mind your head Eileen.
Poor Dave with your list Helena. I think from what you say though he isn't happy unless he has something to do.
Have a nice time with your brother Jenny. I hope the jammed M25 doesn't affect Gorden's trip home I will starve to death he is bringing tea home.

I had loads of broad dark green leaves coming up in the garden and wondered what they could be then decided they might be blue bells and they are the buds are just showing.

Lily & Billy do look good up there - keeping an eye on all the comings & goings. I was wondering how safe they would be as well.
I noticed the Bluebells yesterday - only a few out yet but I think it's going to be a bumper year for them Nothing nicer than a carpet of them in the woods. I remember we went to Scomer Island in South Wales a few years ago & the whole island was carpeted in them. OH took my photo sat amongst them. 'Twas before digital cameras though & I've no idea what's happened to it.

Eileen - Lilly and Billy look lovely where they are - could you sort of cement them in place? Just in case...?
