Colbalt and Saphire

Colbalt and Saphire are two local dogs that were placed on the exemption register a few years ago.
After the traumer of the process there owner decided to work to raise awarness of the Laws that make these dogs who have never hurt anyone or thing should have been seized and now have to go every where in public wearing Muzzles and on leads.

This wek end they became the 1st exempted dogs to pass their KC GC Bronze.
The difficulty has been some of the things they need to do of lead and of course they can not be off lead in a public place.

They were able to get around this as the place they took their test they could do that park in a closed off era not classed as in a public place.

That is fantastic and well done to the owner of Colbalt and Saphire for helping to raise the awareness of wrongly accused dogs and puts a complete mockery on the present laws. It just confirms what we already know - deed not breed.

I hope one of the dog magazines gets hold of this story and publish it - this has really cheered me up
