Well it was pretty clear when I read the post but from the title I thought oh no, maybe there are pro ceasar millan people here!
Good that they at least delayed him spreading his 'methods' over here..

A lot of what he advocates would be illegal here, perhaps he realised that and had no answers to the complaints.
