If you cant get a hold of the breeder maybe have a look at this thread

http://www.dogsey.com/showthread.php...light=sprocker

They were looking for a sprocker

I really hope you make the rioght decision, it sounds like you are thinking this through and although not ideal you seem to be putting the dog first. Please make sure that you vet any home thedog goes to and try to ensure they stay in touch with you (even by means of some sort of contract) - good luck

like the others said-just make sure it is what you want. i was 5 months pregnant when i got my first gsd and at times having an adolescent dog and a baby were hard work-but you do get through it-i ended up with pup number two when my son was 8months old!

I feel for you hon. I had to rehome some 15 odd years ago, and I've never got over it - I still cry.....

Hugs to you x

Looks like you could get some help from members living near you.
But you might like to contact the Cinnamon Trust. They have volunteers who will help out by walking dogs etc. It seems to be mainly for older people who go into hospital or cannot get out for one reason or another but no reason why you could not ask for help. Perhaps if you had someone to share walks until the baby is a bit older you would be able to keep your dog.
