Molly needs surgery

Took Molly to the vets tonight, she hasnt been very well over the last couple of days, just thought it was her legs playing up and Chris would give her some tablets, however he examined her and she has to go in tomorrow for emergency surgery, her tummy is swollen and as she has just had a season, (she is the only one who's not done)he thinks she may have Pyrometra, she is not eating and looks depressed and her breathing is not right so she will have to have an emergency hysterectomy, if it is that it is treatable but they have to do tests etc first to see if it is that, depending on the test results will determine if they do operate tomorrow, feel sick right now and so worried, she has been through such a lot with the cancer op etc and she is so soft and gentle, but she doesnt look well tonight at all, I have got some chicken to give her as if we hand feed her she will eat a little bit, but otherwise she is just laying in her basket bless her. I want to keep giving her cuddles but am holding back as I dont want to make her more uncomfortable so I am just smoothing her and giving her kisses on her forehead everytime I go past her basket.

Will let you know how she gets on tomorrow.
Please keep her in your thoughts xxx

I'm sure it will all be ok for you both, if it's any consolation I went through that with my Cassie (Cocker Spaniel) and she sailed through the op
