anyone adopted from battersea dogs home?

I was browsing through today, and alot of there dogs (well most actually) all say experienced homes, but they also get pups in (which i didnt really know)

but would it go against me as im not experienced? just wondering whether to go up there in the new year after we have moved?

any advice welcome please!

I adopted from Battersea many years ago. He was a black labrador cross and we named him Dillon. He lived for many years - I think he was nearly 18 when he finally died - and gave us such pleasure. It was so long ago, I can't remember the questions they asked me. I just remember going and picking him out and being able to bring him home the same day. They did threaten that they would be coming for a home visit but nothing materialised. I hope they're not that lax now......
