Aww GRIFF(hugs))
Bleedin PB won't let me upload a videoGoes through the motions of uploading and then says"This person has deleted or moved the image"(or similar) What the heck is that about?
Anyway,I set her down, she struggled with two limping steps towards me,then sat and wanted back on the sofa.
TW,I totally agree with your decisions,I would do the same,no question.Wouldn't let her suffer for one second if I could help it.Doesn't seem to be in pain though,it's the strangest thingReally hope, after a good night's rest, she'll be back to herself. If not,it's back to the vets we go.Will also mention possible stroke?as well.
Beginning massage

If she has had a stroke, then she won't feel any pain from her leg as there is no feeling there, thats why I suggested massage. It will be confusing to her as to whats going on. Poor Tawney used to get all her legs mixed up if she tried to rush round and just used to look at me as though to say whats going on.
My bf wasn't really animal orientated as such, so he couldn't see why I felt it was time to let her go, with Tawney she recovered fast, and she was with me for a bit longer, whilst having small strokes every so often. Everyone is different and you have to go with whats in front of you

Lacey when you described that I thought stroke although no idea if dogs had them but obviously do. Fingers crossed all is well by tomorrow but if the pain killer has done no good,I would ibe going back tomorrow. I would ask about stroke before the xrays. I had a stroke and lost use of left side it was A TIA and full use back within 24 hours.

No pain or discomfort (if that reassures you) just no use of left side. Yet 24 hours later back to normal.
Griff forget him waste of air.

Well a pain killer would have no effect because there is no feeling in it, like when you had one. Its not called a stroke in dogs, some other phrase, but its the same. Like you say she could get the use of it back. Tawney actually went blind for a couple of days once, then all of a sudden one morning I was just walking towards her with a chicken quarter and she grabbed it off me
