Lynn, the second of the two properties has potential but it is quite a bit more expensive but then it has certain assets. We are currently paying £600 pm where we are don't mind paying a bit more though.

Just remembered Dillon had his photo taken today when we were out and Tuesday at Brandon park.

Tuesday was a lovely elderly lady at the cafe she was on holiday from Sheffield and stopped for a chat about him and asked if she could take a photo.
Today a lorry driver waiting to get on the building site. He asked what breed he was and could he take a photo to show his girlfriend.

Yes more so than usual. When we were over Brandon we met a couple whose son has just bought a St. Bernard. When the chap moved away and we followed Dillon was walking to heel next to him and the chap was stroking his ears and remarked what a lovely temperament he had.

Moyra does it have to be a bungalow or ground floor flat with garden if there are any ? Would a cottage or small house be an option ?

I have a problem with stairs even steps Lynn with my disabilities. I am wondering with HB whether I could afford that second property would really like to. Means covering the period financially while matters are sorted out of course. Amber is 6 years old tomorrow bless her.
