Open Eyes

Ok this has puzzled me for a while , my middle bitch skye was the last one born in her litter ., ,.
She was born with her eyes open
Im just wondering has anyone else ever had a pup born with its eyes open , that has not been blind .
and has always had perfect vision as i had her checked by the vet he himself has never had this experience or heard of this.

hi dk iv heard off it only with your bitch and i rember seeing her she looked funny,shame we never thought to get pictures at the time

I know but at the time we were more worried about her being blind she did look strange though but thankfully she is a lovely girl just like her mum and dad xxdk

When I worked in a kennels they bred Siamese and nigh on every kitten was born with eyes open or they opened within a few days!

No her mum went bang to date , sorry didn take pictures at the time was more concerned about her being blind (which would not have mattered to me ) . but just incase there was other problems involved .xxdk
