Rum Truffles

3 oz of Maderia cake,
3 oz of Ground Almonds,
3 oz of Plain chocolate,
2 tablespoons of Apricot jam,
2 tablespoons of Rum,
Vermiccilli,

Method:
rub cake through a sieve, add Almonds, break chocolate and melt in a pan, stir into crumbs and Almonds, add jam and rum, roll into balls then roll in vermicilli,

ooooohhh that sound good!!!!

Oooo I love rum truffles...
Morrisons, two packs for £1... hence am now on a diet as I imagine two packs also put on 1lb!
